The Bookstore makes every attempt to correctly describe and price all products offered for sale on this site. Should a pricing error occur on an item you order, you will be notified of the price change. The Bookstore will not honor pricing errors. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notification.

Refund Policy - Our refund policy is the same for on-line and in-store purchases.

Textbooks

It is the policy of the Bookstore to attempt to fill your order as placed, but stock on hand is constantly changing. New books will be substituted for used and vice versa if preferred stock is not available.

Order Fulfilling

Please allow 24 hours for order processing. The Bookstore is closed weekends and holidays, so all orders will be filled the next business day. Please check the What's New page for any extended closings that might affect processing time.

If we are unable to ship part of your order, we will contact you with details and the approximate ship date. You will not be charged for the item until the item has been shipped.

You may also write to us at the address listed at the bottom of this policy to request that we make the change for you.

The Nicolet Bookstore website is targeted to college students and as such is not meant to attract children. We do not intend to collect personal information from anyone we know to be under thirteen years of age. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under thirteen years of age and believe that your child has disclosed personally indentifiable information to us, please contact us so that we may remove the child's information.
