This is the ONLY time the Bookstore will be buying back textbooks. If you cannot make it during the above dates and times, contact the Bookstore prior to the start of buyback to make alternative arrangements.

Payment Plans

The Nicolet College Bookstore is offering four payment plan options based on the total amount of your textbooks for the fall semester. There is a separate payment plan for tuition with its own regulations and payment dates.  Each plan has a minimum amount due upon pickup of books along with a returnable payment plan fee.  All students must meet eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be current registered Nicolet student
Must sign a payment plan agreement
Minimum down payment and payment plan fee must be paid
Be in good standing with prior payment plan(s)
Plan must be approved by the Bookstore staff
The payment plan is for textbooks only

Refundable Fee*

Each payment plan includes a refundable payment plan fee that will be returned if the student makes all payments on or before the due date.  If a student misses or makes a late payment, the fee will not be refunded.

Financial Aid

If your financial aid has been processed, you are not eligible for a payment plan and can charge your books directly to your financial aid.
If your financial aid has been processed, and does not fully cover your textbooks, you are eligible for a payment plan based on the amount covered.
If your financial aid has not been processed, you are eligible for a payment plan.  Once your financial aid has been processed, the remaining balance of your payment plan will be deducted and the refundable fee returned to you.

If you are delinquent:

A hold will be placed on your records.  This will prevent you from getting your grades, registering for classes and requests for official transcripts and certificates will be denied until your account is up to date.
You will not be eligible for future payment plans.
If you are delinquent at the end of your final payment plan due date, you will be removed from any future courses that you are enrolled in.
You will be required to return all books to the Bookstore immediately.  Books may or may not be credited for the full amount.

Returns

Any textbook that is returned and eligible for a refund will be credited to your payment plan balance.

Payment Plan Options

Plan 1: Textbooks totaling $40.00 - $75.00
Two payment plan
50% is due at the time of textbook pickup, along with a $5.00 refundable* fee
Balance is due October 15th, 2010

Plan 2: Textbooks totaling $75.00 - $150.00
Three payment plan
33% is due at the time of textbook pickup, along with $5.00 refundable* fee
33% is due September 15th, 2010
Balance is due October 15th, 2010

Plan 3: Textbooks totaling $150.00 - $250.00
Four payment plan
25% is due at the time of textbook pickup, along with a $10.00 refundable* fee
25% is due September 15th, 2010
25% is due October 15th, 2010
Balance is due November 15th, 2010

Plan 4: Textbooks totaling $250.00 and up
Five payment plan
20% is due at the time of textbook pickup, along with a $10.00 refundable* fee
20% is due September 15th, 2010
20% is due October 15th, 2010
20% is due November 15th, 2010
20% is due December 15th, 2010
